Tirupati SolarTech (www.tirupatisolartech.in) is a solar EPC company based at 3-12, Vaikunthapuram, MR Palli, Tirupati-51702, Andhra Pradesh, India. We provide design, supply, installation, commissioning and after-sales support for rooftop solar systems, as well as a mobile app and website that let customers manage their enquiries, installations and referral rewards.

Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the mobile app on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except to the extent permitted by law.
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the app.
• Use the app to send spam, unlawful content or any material that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable law.

Quotations issued by us are based on the information provided at the time of the site survey and are subject to confirmation of the final system configuration, site conditions and prevailing prices. A binding order is formed only when we confirm your order in writing and, where applicable, you pay the agreed booking amount.

Final charges may vary if you request changes to the system configuration, or if on-site conditions differ materially from those assumed in the quotation. Any such variation will be communicated to you before work proceeds.

Our referral programme lets you earn rewards for referring new customers to us. Rewards are subject to the terms published on our website and in the app from time to time.

By participating, you agree that:

• Rewards are only payable once the referred customer's installation is completed and paid for, in accordance with the programme terms.
• Rewards are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except as published.
• We may withhold or recover rewards where a referral is found to be fraudulent, self-referral or otherwise in breach of these terms.
• Referral-linked offers may be modified, paused or withdrawn by us at any time without notice.

All content on our website and app, including text, graphics, logos, software, designs and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, logo or content for any purpose without our prior written consent.

Installation timelines are provided as indicative estimates based on site readiness, equipment availability and regulatory approvals. Delivery and installation are governed by our Delivery & Installation Policy, available on this website.

Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on this website. By placing an order, you accept the terms of that policy.

Our equipment and workmanship warranties are set out in your order documentation and our product warranty certificates. Solar generation estimates are indicative and depend on factors such as weather, shading, orientation and grid availability, which are outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our website and app are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding their operation or availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us for the particular service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to grid outages, natural disasters, strikes, regulatory delays, supply disruptions or government action.

These terms remain in effect while you use our website, app or services. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, misuse our services, or if required by law. You may stop using our services and close your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, or your use of our services, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of our services after revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
