- Applicable subsidy scheme guidelines, including the PM Surya Ghar programme and state rooftop solar policies, when claimed on your behalf.

- Goods and Services Tax (GST) and statutory tax obligations.
- Data protection, consumer protection and e-commerce regulations applicable to our services and mobile app.
3. Installation, safety and workmanship

- Certified and trained installation teams following standard electrical safety procedures.
- Structured mounting, secure cable routing and proper earthing of the system.
- DC-side isolation, protection devices and safe disconnection points as required by the applicable standards.
- Pre-commissioning checks, functional testing and a supervised handover of the system.
