1. What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and all personal data associated with it, including:
- Your name, mobile number, email address, username and sign-in details.
- Your solar enquiries, site-visit requests, quotations and installation records.
- Your referral and reward records (as the referrer), payout details and in-app notifications.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will need to create a new account if you want to use the app again.
2. Delete from the mobile app
Step by step
- Open the app and go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Account Information.
- Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
3. Delete by email
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email. Write to chakry@tirupatisolartech.in from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. Tell us the mobile number registered on the account so we can verify your identity.
Once verified, we will complete the deletion, usually within 7 days, and confirm by email. For privacy and security, we can only act on deletion requests that originate from the account’s registered email address or pass an identity check.
4. What we keep after deletion
We erase or permanently anonymise your personal data upon deletion. We may retain only the limited records we are legally required to keep, for example invoicing or payout history needed for accounting and tax compliance. These records are not used for any marketing or commercial purpose.
Referral records created by other customers that referenced your mobile number are anonymised so no personal identity remains attached to them.
